English Language & Irish Culture will help you boost your English reading, writing, and speaking skills while getting to know and experiencing a new culture. The course blends content-driven lessons to master communication skills with an in-depth examination of their country’s culture and traditions.

During the course, participants explore key aspects of life in Ireland through presentations, tasks, research, songs, and interaction with local people and the unique culture of the West of Ireland.

Course Goals

Given the New European Dimension of Education, the course aims to raise awareness among teachers and schools, to teach children and young people about European construction and identity. This course settles within a framework of global citizenship advancement, alongside values development that will lead to a better awareness of Europe’s richness and cultural diversity. The overall aim must be to strengthen the sense of European identity in young generations and teach them the advantages and challenges of European citizenship.
